Key Point Health Services
Key Point Health Services is a Maryland nonprofit providing community-based behavioral health care, including outpatient clinics, counseling, medication management, psychiatric rehabilitation and school-based therapy.
Key Point Health Services is a regional nonprofit provider of community-based behavioral health care for children, teens and adults in Maryland. Founded in 1982, the organisation serves Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, Cecil County and Harford County, and is based in Dundalk, Maryland. Its work spans outpatient mental health clinics, individual counselling, psychiatric medication management, and psychiatric rehabilitation programmes for both children and adults.
Services extend beyond the clinic. Key Point delivers therapy in school settings, runs residential rehabilitation programmes supporting recovery and independence, and offers supported employment services that help clients build independence and integrate into their communities. Community outreach is used to widen access to behavioural health care across the region.
The organisation describes its clinical approach as person-centred, emphasising trust, dignity and respect in supporting recovery. It also maintains a Client Fund, sustained by community partnerships, individual donors, corporate sponsors and volunteers, which is used to support client care.
