Goodman Group

Goodman Group is an industrial property group that owns, develops and manages logistics properties and data centres, treated as essential infrastructure for the digital economy. Founded in 1990 by Greg Goodman, who remains Group Chief Executive, the company grew from a single industrial building in South Sydney in the early 1990s and is now the largest property group listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.

Its activities span three areas: high-quality, sustainable logistics and industrial properties sited close to consumers to support the flow of goods; data centre properties supporting digital services; and investment partnerships with capital partners, alongside which Goodman invests its own capital. Technical work covers logistics and data centre development, sustainable property development, digital infrastructure and real estate investment management. The group operates in 15 countries across Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas.
