Friendship Village of Dublin

A nonprofit senior living community in Dublin, Ohio, offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation and home care on a 29-acre campus.

Friendship Village of Dublin is a nonprofit senior living community in Dublin, Ohio, founded in 1981. It operates a 29-acre campus on the Scioto River in Central Ohio and provides a full continuum of care for older adults: independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and home care. An on-site medical center delivers healthcare services within the community, and a LifeCare model allows residents to access changing healthcare needs at predictable costs without leaving the campus.

The community has undergone sustained capital investment. Over the past decade it has put more than $100 million into resident improvements, including newly constructed independent-living and assisted-living buildings and renovated memory-care and skilled-nursing facilities. It holds more than $50 million in financial reserves and has updated four dining venues.

Residents have access to more than 100 monthly events alongside wellness programming, lifelong learning, fitness, gardening, the arts, spiritual care, and volunteer opportunities. The organisation is governed by a local volunteer board and is led by CEO Rita Doherty. Its stated aim is to help older adults live with purpose, connection, and confidence, supported by continual reinvestment in the campus, its services, its workforce, and its care standards.
