Clark is an AI-native platform for public accounting firms and audit professionals. Described as an "AI operator", the platform runs inside customers' own environments and follows their existing methodologies, automating complex audit workflows and handling back-office tasks such as email, invoices and bookings. Critical decisions are routed to humans for approval rather than being made autonomously.

The company applies the same approach to its own operations: it runs its business on its own platform before deploying it for customers. Its technical work spans AI agents and large language model applications, workflow automation and audit technology, with a strong emphasis on data security. Each customer is hosted on a dedicated machine, with no client data shared between deployments. The company describes its broader aim as building trust infrastructure for the AI economy; it was originally founded as uiAgent before rebranding to Clark.

Clark is based in New York City, where its team works in person, and has raised $4.6m in seed funding. The company was built and is run by the Weblyfe team, and works across the public accounting, audit and professional services verticals.
