Regency Furniture

Regency Furniture is a family-owned home furnishings retailer founded in 1999. Over more than 25 years in operation, the company has built a regional business serving the Washington metropolitan area and nearby communities across Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania, operating 14 showrooms alongside a Shopify-based online store. Its range spans living room furniture, dining room sets, bedroom collections, mattresses, home-office products, entertainment furnishings, outdoor furniture and home accents.

The company combines physical retail with a set of digital operations. Technical domains include e-commerce on Shopify, online order tracking, digital product search and information tools, retail financing systems, and distribution and logistics. The online store offers detailed product information, search tools, financing options and order tracking, with a wider selection than the physical showrooms can display. Large distribution centres support frequent and rapid delivery.

Regency Furniture describes its service model as personal, drawing on trained furniture and home-decor specialists who provide hands-on guidance, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, extensive choice and timely fulfilment, and competitive pricing across a broad selection. The company holds annual employee fundraising events in support of community organisations and has raised more than $100,000 for The Children's Cancer Foundation, Inc.
