Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC is the largest energy delivery company in Texas, operating a regulated electricity transmission and distribution business from its headquarters in Dallas. Its network of more than 145,000 miles of transmission and distribution lines delivers power to nearly 4 million homes and businesses across 98 counties and more than 400 cities, reaching approximately 14 million Texans. The company has been in operation for over 100 years and is regulated by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT).
