MENA Alliances

MENA Alliances connects global companies with vetted tech professionals from the Middle East and North Africa through placement, staff augmentation and project-based work.

MENA Alliances is a talent-services firm that connects global companies with vetted technology professionals from the Middle East and North Africa. Founded in 2015, the company works with clients internationally and maintains a pool of more than 9,000 trained specialists across software engineering, AI and machine learning, data science and design. Its work is remote by design: staff augmentation, remote team augmentation and project-based engagements are among the ways professionals are placed with companies outside the region.

The firm offers several service models. A placement service puts vetted MENA professionals into permanent roles at global companies; staff augmentation provides on-demand access to qualified talent to extend existing teams; and project-based engagements deliver defined scopes of work. Matching combines AI-driven solutions with personal matchmaking, pairing candidates to both technical requirements and organisational culture. More than 80 clients worldwide have been served to date.

MENA Alliances is a woman-owned social impact enterprise founded by Abeer Abu Ghaith. It began by connecting Palestinian freelancers to international markets and operates today across the Middle East, North Africa and global markets. The company describes a dual mission: helping businesses scale efficiently while creating economic opportunities for professionals in the MENA region. Selection is rigorous, with an emphasis on technical fit as well as cultural fit.
