Kraft & Kennedy is a multidisciplinary technology and management consulting firm founded in 1988 by Michael Kraft, an attorney, and Peter Kennedy, an engineer. The firm solves business-critical technology problems for law firms, corporate legal departments, financial services firms, corporations and nonprofit organisations, and it employs more than 150 professionals across offices in the United States.

Its practice spans managed IT services, security and compliance, enterprise content management, enterprise messaging, IT infrastructure, IT strategy and planning, and legal technology. The firm supports more than 135 member firms with managed IT and security services, has processed over 76 million documents in document management system (DMS) engagements, migrated more than 50,000 users to Microsoft Teams and over 275,000 users to modern Windows platforms.
