Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Irving, Texas, the company operates regional passenger flights under the American Eagle brand and provides ground handling and aircraft line maintenance services for American Airlines. Its network comprises approximately 1,000 daily flights to more than 160 destinations, flown with a fleet of over 180 aircraft.
The company's operations are concentrated at major hubs including Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and Miami International Airport (MIA). New crew and line maintenance bases are being established at key airports, among them Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). Envoy employs more than 22,000 people and has been part of American Airlines Group for more than 30 years.
