ACES
ACES provides research-based ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities across eight US states, delivered in centers, homes, schools and virtually.
ACES (Autism Comprehensive Educational Services) is a provider of research-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities. Founded in 1996 by Kristin Farmer in California, the company employs more than 400 Board Certified Behavior Analysts and operates across eight states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas and Washington.
The organisation delivers care through several settings. In-person therapy takes place at dedicated ACES Learning Centers, while home-based services and ABA-based school support are tailored to each child's circumstances. Virtual ABA care extends the practice remotely. Early intervention programmes are designed to accelerate communication, social and daily living skills for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
Clinical work is grounded in evidence-based practice, with individualised care plans drawn up for each child and families treated as active partners in therapy. Therapeutic strategies are play-centred and intended to be engaging. ACES has been named one of Forbes' Best Mid-Sized Workplaces.
